Set it up immediately after watching YouTube streaming videos. I've patched a hole in one pair of trousers, removed the elastic from the other, sewn it back on and am in the process of hemming the dress. I'd say it's probably good for mending or light fabric projects. I wouldn't do a dress or big project on this car but I'm not sure that would work.

I'm used to a Brother computerized sewing machine which I bought right here at Revain for only 50% more. To be honest, day and night. The brother stops with the needle up (or down if you prefer), while the latter stops randomly. Also, and this is my biggest gripe with this machine, the foot pedal isn't a CVT, it's a simple on/off switch. I am disappointed. I wanted and expected a very simple machine that would do straight and zigzag stitches. Stitch selector won't let me jump to zigzag stitches. I've checked the manual and followed the instructions to no avail. Support contact information is missing. What I don't like is that the spool holder is too short, protrudes almost horizontally at the back and jumps out a few times when sewing.
