I am disappointed. I wanted and expected a very simple machine that would do straight and zigzag stitches. Stitch selector won't let me jump to zigzag stitches. I've checked the manual and followed the instructions to no avail. Support contact information is missing. What I don't like is that the spool holder is too short, protrudes almost horizontally at the back and jumps out a few times when sewing. As for "like": It's a great little light car, apart from all of the above, I like it. My other car died in the middle of a project after over 40 years. It was four times heavier and bulkier than new and often quite temperamental. Now if someone could explain to me how to zig zag the stitch selector i would give it 4 stars. Add a longer spool pin which gives 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a replacement machine. And guess what? He is also defective. This time the back does not change. "Switch" does NOTHING. So I called Revain customer service and ended up with a very fast speaking agent. I am also returning this car and cannot give it a single star. My advice: don't waste your money on it.
