So I'm 3 1/2 months after giving birth. I don't normally lose weight that quickly after having a baby but I invested in a Halloween family photoshoot with 2 months left and I need to be as cool as Morticia Addams by then lol. Anyway, I've tried fasting, counting calories, trying metabolism boosters, exercising, etc. I didn't like any of it, I was hungry, didn't see results fast enough, kept losing weight, and felt like I was struggling to gain weight. enough protein to keep my energy going. I've never been interested in shakes because they usually taste too synthetic and cause bloating, but I got so fed up with pursuing/preparing unsatisfactory meals that I searched for and found low calorie/high protein shakes. It also happens to contain amino acids, nutrients and enzymes which I love. Best of all, I've literally lost weight every day since replacing my breakfast with 2 cups of this powder mixed with almond milk! I'm on my sixth day and I've lost 3 pounds! I have been fortunate to lose 1 pound every 1-3 weeks. At this rate, I will be a month ahead of my schedule to reach my weight loss goal. and without feeling hungry! This stuff really seems to flex my appetite and cravings. Oh, and the taste? These are the best cocktails I've ever tasted. I bought peanut butter cookies, pecan cookies, and banana cream so I wouldn't get bored of the flavor, they're all great, but the pecan is my favorite.
