I like that it can be used in conjunction with other tools, such as Jira or Asana to help manage tasks more efficiently within those applications too! It's easy enough so new users don't have any problems getting started but also has some powerful features which you may not need at first if all they want is something simple (like creating task lists). If someone wants an effective tool where things are kept organized then this one will do just fine - even though there isn’t much customization available initially its still very flexible once set up properly by adding custom fields etc., We use processkit via our Kanban board called "The Board" we've built ourselves using Trello & KAASO/Asanas boards.
