The best part about visual ping was that it provided me with an easy way to monitor my websites without having too many tools installed in different browsers/devices etc! It also allowed us as developers (as well as our clients) access into what changes were being made at any given time so we could easily see things like if there had been errors or not when they occurred which helped improve overall performance speed-wise - this really helps out bigtime because you can now fix issues much faster instead waiting days before seeing them occur again while trying other fixes along side your current ones.
I would say their support team needs some work but once i figured how everything worked together then communication became easier between myself & client's end. We used VPC mainly due to ease of use by both parties involved however after using multiple services over years since its inception I have found nothing else better thus far compared even though others may be able to do certain tasks quicker /more.
