I was skeptical about the quality of these pens but was pleasantly surprised. I used them as prizes at my son's 9th birthday party and the kids loved them! Writes like a marker. The ink is wet when first used, but then dries. Then the cap lights up! It is so convenient that the cap of the pen is also light. This encouraged the kids not to lose it and to redo the handles. They also come individually wrapped, making them easy to gift! I'm glad I bought them!
