Review on 🔌 Chrysler/Jeep 1984-2006 Metra 70-1817 Wiring Harness for Radio by Craig Shah

Works well when installed correctly. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a "plug" that both other plugs plug into. Installation Notes in 99 Durango with Infinity System: 1) No Ground Wire: The radio (in Durango 98-03 at least) has a wire that attaches to the back of the factory radio. This wire is the factory ground. Cut off the end and connect it to the ground of the radio. If you are replacing an aftermarket radio, you will likely see a black wire located in the dash and sitting by itself. This will be your country. 2) You need to connect the blue wire here to the secondary radio remote/power antenna wire. If not, your factory amp won't turn on and you won't get any sound.
