Review on Dorman 923 036 Tail Circuit Board by Daryl Fitch

I ordered two of these to repair both taillights on our Grand Cherokee. The first was easy to install and went with no problems - glue was added and it snapped easily into place. Problems arose with the second installation. There are molded plastic tabs on each end of this block that should snap into the tabs on the taillight housing. The cast iron broke off during installation. A quick visual inspection of the part showed that this was the result of an incomplete injection mold (ie the part was defective). I was able to hold the part in place, let the glue set and reinforce it with 5 minute epoxy to glue the part, flashlight body and broken tab together. But if I run into new problems, my only option is to replace the entire node of light. If you order this item please take the time to inspect it carefully upon receipt to ensure it is free from defects. Having only recently installed this, I can't say how it will hold up over time.
