It helps my neck posture to be in the right posture. I'm stuck in a zoom class all day and it causes my neck to bend excessively for a long period of time, causing pain. I liked that there is a stand for the phone. This is a great place if I'm going to a meeting with my phone and have an iPad in the grandstand. Unconventional. I use the iPad stand for studying, not for my laptop. Can recommend it unreservedly.
