First of all let me say this antenna really works, the range with it on my Kenwood NX210 portable is great, people with cellphones in the car can hear me better from a distance. but there is one small detail that keeps me from continuing to use this antenna on the NX210, the base of the antenna is a bit thick and rests on the channel selector knob, I had to remove the channel selector knob to attach the antenna when using the antenna I need to find a thin button that works. I'll see if the antenna gets in the way of the handle of an old Kenwood handheld. As I said, the antenna works.
