Review on Grey Z50: Optimized for Smartphone, Tablet, and Laptop Use by Trian Wright

Surprisingly good sound for the price and size. I am very satisfied with the sound quality and volume of this small single speaker. I used one of these to replace the 2.1 speakers of someone who hates the look of cables and speakers and actually was able to hide the entire speaker behind a computer tower, cables and all. It's certainly not even a cheap 2.1 competitor, but if you buy it it's probably for space reasons, and it's very competitive in that area. I've seen reviews saying it's not loud enough and I think for some purposes it probably is, but in this large living room it could easily pack a lot more volume than could be used. For any personal use such as B. a PC speaker, I find it more than loud enough. I'm taking off a star because I think there's a pretty big flaw in the design. That means two separate cables are needed, a power cable and an audio cable. In my opinion, Logitech should redesign this speaker with a single USB cable. Clutter Reduction might not be a priority on 2.0 and 2.1 systems, but it's pretty safe on the Z50, so this mod would get 5 stars from me.
