Worst purchase I have ever made. I'm new to hydroponics and thought it would be better to pay more for this counter. Wrong, I don't know if it was ever 100% right, I've been using it all summer and found I had to use more and more PH down in my systems during the growing season and then everything seemed to stop growing as expected. All this in an air-conditioned greenhouse. I bought calibration fluid and found that it needs to be calibrated every time I use it. Still had to use ph down. When it was a year old it stopped calibrating so I bought a new sensor and it still wouldn't calibrate. Called Hannah and they said it wasn't covered under the one year warranty but for $95 they would take a look and tell me how much the repair would cost. I bought another product and found my pH was wrong all along. My well water and nutrients maintain an ideal pH of 6.0 with no pH drop. The elderly gentleman who introduced me to hydroponics told me not to rely on digital meters, lessons learned, strips and drops - it's a journey that might take a little longer, but they don't LIE.
