Once it arrived we simply opened it up and installed it. I've been using it for two weeks now and it seems to be working very well. There are no complaints yet. will be updated in case of problems. So let me start step by step - First of all it was a new purchase. I've seen them in hotels and was very impressed with how they work and all. The decision was made then and only there. Very well packaged and all accessories in the box. This was actually made using the Revain packaging to hide the contents (I really like this Amazon idea even though there is so much waste paper out there). I had to remove the toilet seat to install it. The installation did not go smoothly. We had to watch a few installation videos and we were able to do it. Overall, this bidet seat took less than 2 hours to install. After installation I was the second to use this seat. The first hand experience wasn't bad at all. It definitely reduces our paper waste and uses less water too (I guess). No theory to back that up. Check yours and let us know. Working conditions - we use it every time. Not sure how we will use this in winter as the water gets very cold. And because we live in a building, the water is very cold. One problem I see with this bidet seat is the extra tube to heat the water. But be careful, it can burn your back. Also, women also had women cleaning the nozzle. Personally, I find that very practical because we have many guests who come and are doing better. I hope this continues.
