I've lost SO much work with external hard drives (especially Seagate) I can't express how angry and disappointed I was. And as you probably know, Apple has NO internal hard drive storage. So they leave us no choice but to go to the outer plane. About a year ago my friend, a professional editor, told me about his little "street". He uses very small flash drives for his projects. He said they were faster, more reliable, easier to navigate and never broke. So I bought them and - let me tell you - my friend was right. I've never been so happy. They are much faster than large external hard drives. And they haven't failed, stuck, or broken in all the months I've been using them. With a large external hard drive I would have lost a few projects. My wife is of course happy because she doesn't have to know that I'm having a nervous breakdown or that I have to buy medication. coping with depression from losing large, labor-intensive projects. Goodbye Seagate (useless crappy company). Goodbye LaCie (useless electronic paperweight). Goodbye, WD (useless heist of crap products). Goodbye Toshiba (useless privacy contender). I won't miss any of you. Because right now I'm too busy with work.
