Ultra and Ultra Flash USB 3 flash drives have a SERIOUS design flaw that they haven't fixed in a long time. USB 3 high-speed writing [my computer is 45MB/s] cannot continue beyond 1GB of transferred data without excessive overheating, which will drastically reduce write speed [my computer is 16MB/s] and likely shorten the life of the product will shorten.

I've used all types of USB sticks and some are more compatible than others. If you just want to transfer files, any old key will do. However, I need a key to install on the OS and this one fits. I have installed bootable versions of Centos, Ubuntu and FreeDOS on these keys and they continue to work. I have used server maintenance setups and there is plenty of room on the dongle for the OS, updates and firmware needed to complain about my machines. I highly recommend these keys.
