Review on 🔌 vCharged Extra Long Lightning Cable - 12 FT Nylon Braided iPhone Charger Cord, Compatible with iPhone 13 Pro/12/11/X, iPad Air, AirPods - Pink/RoseGold by Michael Morgan

I recently bought this 12" USB cable from vCharged (it has a 1 year warranty). In the beginning it was great. It's been two months and I started getting an error with the cable. The USB cable only charged my device intermittently, half the time I used my device I found it to be dead. No charging! I immediately contacted the seller via their supplier link (sent a second email after the first email went unanswered) to report this error. I never got a reply from the supplier. The third time I contacted Revain I was told to email the manufacturer. support@vcharged.com about the defect as they should replace my cable. I've been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks. NO ANSWER. After my third attempt to contact vCharged and my fourth with Revain, Revain offered me a refund for my original purchase. I am very disappointed in the supplier as they did not replace my cable as advertised on their listing page. I liked the length of the cord, which allowed me to charge the device while using it away from an outlet. Regarding the quality of the cable, I would say that it is poorly made. After 2 months it stopped charging properly and then the metal tip that penetrates the device broke in my Apple device (it wasn't easy to get it out)! If asked to buy this USB cable again, I would say no. Likewise, I will never buy anything else made or promoted by vCharge.
