I have never felt compelled to write a product review but this charger is exceptionally awful. The metal tip on the end of the charger broke off INSIDE my phone in such a way that it cannot be removed. I want to be very clear: After less than 6 months of gentle use, the glue holding the charger together broke in my new phone and now there is a tiny U-shaped piece of metal inside my phone. I am angry and will write to Revain to have this product removed from their website.

So I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars because of vCharged's great customer service. After about 4 months my cable stopped charging my phone and I couldn't figure out why. So I contacted vCharged about my problem as these cables are covered by a 1 year warranty and they responded with a solution the next day. Literally two days after my cable stopped working, not one but two new charging cables were sent for the inconvenience. Very impressed and I recharge as usual with no issues.

I bought this cable to use at my new work station on my desk. I needed a much longer cable than the standard 6 foot cables I had previously. The cable stopped working for no apparent reason, which I could see after 21 days. I emailed the manufacturer and received a reply the same day with an offer to replace the product with a few extra ones as an apology as they were already shipped today, a day later.
