Exactly what I wanted for the safety barriers
So far if I light the tape and then turn off the light it glows pretty well. I don't expect it to glow for more than a minute, after that you need to charge it with light again. I believe it does what the article is supposed to do without any radiation hazard. With children in the house I don't need it.
