Easyvet was very simple to implement into our workflow. Once it was set up, all our billing staff needed was training. We had no issues with ease of use for our staff. It's been great having all our bills in one place so we can easily pull them up when necessary. There have been some minor software updates over the past year but nothing major. The only thing I would say about easyvet is to make sure you are using a credit card processor that has an online portal. This will make life much easier for you and your staff for submitting claims. Easyvet allows us to keep track of our daily billing activities without having to print out the receipt and fill things out by hand. I like how easy it is to navigate through the software, and its user friendly to all levels of users. There are a few areas that could be improved, but nothing too major. The ability to track services from beginning to end is helpful in managing our caseload. It also allows us to send billing statements out faster than what we used to do manually.
