This is such a pretty dress. The fabric is rayon so it’s very soft and flowy. It’s also well made. This dress is a perfect dress for hot summer days . I am 37 1/2 inches in the bust and 30 inches waist. I thought I would be a medium but it feels snug so I am going to buy another one in a size large. Looking at the dress when it first arrived I felt it ran small even though the top stretches. The problem with that is it tends to overstretch the elastics in the smocking. My only complaint is it runs small and the top part of the dress may not last long. Hope this helps someone on the fence re: ordering it! One more detail, there is no stretch to the bottom of the dress in case anyone is wondering.
