I feel that this is one of those tools where you do not need much training before using it for real time business needs at work place or any other places like client meeting room etc., The interface are very simple which makes things easy when dealing online from different locations as well as while doing live presentations over phone calls. You can also use them even offline if required but there might be some issues here so make sure your mobile internet connection works fine otherwise will face problems during video calling mode and audio quality may degrade due to poor network connectivity; Also sometimes screen sharing fails because they ask me to download their app first. We have used these software’s since years now without having an issue till date! They help us solve all kinds of IT related queries both technical & nontechnical ones!!
