I bought it because I wanted to learn
I asked a friend who is good at skateboarding which board to take: he described exactly such a board. My kids have a penny board and a regular board. It was easy for me to drive it. The ride is fast enough to get you moving, but not so fast that you're afraid of falling. After about three weeks of riding I can maneuver well. The board is not very strong. There are already some chips on the board. But in general if you want to learn, this board is for you. I'm 42 and not very athletic, but this board keeps me up with my kids.
