Battery life is impressive so far. My biggest problem is that using it on more than one device is problematic. If you try to connect it to one device after using it on another, you must select "Forget this device" on the last device each time, otherwise it will not connect to the new device. In addition, the headphones are inserted backwards. Not a big problem because you can still rotate them and they work. You only need to turn off Bluetooth on the last connected device to connect to another device. I also received a handwritten letter in the mail from the founder of Treblab himself, offering me a partial refund because I wasn't 100% satisfied. I can say that after this level of customer service I am definitely 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend these headphones. After a long period of use and getting used to it, I have learned to love my Bluetooth headphones. The sound is great, the battery is good, the customer service is fantastic.
