As we have a class 3 towbar on our new 5th bike we took the chance and went for this towbar mounted bike rack. After preparing and checking all the documents, I decided to send it back. The company that sells them told us it would work fine on a fifth wheel. While this can continue, especially on lighter bikes, use on a caravan or fifth wheel will void the warranty so we decided not to risk it. Swagman makes RV-legal luggage racks for the same price, so we went that route. It was great working with Revain on a comeback and I'm sure the new rack will serve us well.
