Great replacement, but be careful.
Needed to replace a broken key fob with my father-in-law's 2010 charger. Dodge wanted to charge $400 for the key and programming. Instead, I ordered this keychain and wanted to pay for it and have it programmed. Called a local locksmith and programmed it for $70. So far no problems. Just note that Dodge doesn't program the aftermarket key fob. It must be an original OEM product. You can search for a locksmith before ordering one just to make sure they are ready to take care of you. Great product, great quality. Highly recommended.
