Review on ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Kamenstein Nottingham Pepper Grinder Review: 4.5-inch Wood Grain Grinder Explained by Amanda Bonner

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Difficult to spin, horrible noise and questionable quality

This mini pepper grinder is a great size for tabletop use but lacks power in terms of performance. On the other hand, the wood is beautiful and I like its soft texture. The mechanism works, of course, for grinding peppers. However, my particular coffee grinder has a very large crack in the base due to some of the natural characteristics of this piece of wood. I don't think a manufacturer should sell something hacked to customers. In addition, the mechanism is quite complicated to use. It makes an awful squeak (hope it goes away with continued use) and takes a lot of effort to squeeze out a small amount of pepper. Grind adjustability is determined by how tight the grinders are rolled, so it is somewhat adjustable. This pepper mill may look nice, but there are better ones out there.

Pros
  • Superbly made
Cons
  • too stupid
