Mismatch Best in Heating

I bought this product on 06/15/20 and it has remained in the packaging to date. Wanted to install but got new family responsibilities leaving little time. So today 7/29/20 I asked the car company to install it. They said it rotated about half a turn and then started smoking right out of the box. I cannot return the item due to Seller/Amazon policy. So I have to order a $100 part to install it. Guess it's true Sometimes you have to spend more money to save money. Beware.
