Great value for the money, definitely recommended!
He started swinging at the age of 14 and went from 80 to 100 kg in 2 months (there was no fat hanging from all sides). The benefit is not just a gainer, of course, but also correct nutrition in general and a shrewd training strategy (before starting the swing, I read about this topic for a month and was involved in kickboxing). If you are not scared of a sweet flavor, I generally encourage you to consume it (what with milk, what with water, what with milk + water 50:50, all variations of the standards to taste).
- The scoop and package are convenient, however the cut-offs on it are only somewhat apparent. The gainer is great, and I've been drinking since I was 14 years old.
