Terrible SWR, cheap design, worse performance than standard Baofeng antenna

I tested this with my VNA and it performed worse than the stock Baofeng, Nagoya and even the stock rubber ducky Anytone. The SWR was 11:1 throughout the specified range (see image), so I was able to transfer into a piece of cheese as well. Cheap construction, the top was ripped off (did they even give me a new one?) and you can see it's just a pair of cut tape measures wrapped in shrink wrap. whose metal properties are very different from those found in typical HT antennas. The Mirkit sticker was also lost or melted.
