I like that you can set alerts to notify customers when there is an issue with their order such as missing items/wrong item shipped etc! Also love seeing all my reviews in one place so easy access from anywhere at anytime helps me keep up-to-date!! Sometimes it lags but not too often once its sorted out everything works great again Thanks zOnMaster team - your service has been exceptional.
