Stunning style but size 10 runs small

I love this modern, timeless style. A drawstring waist and slightly slimmer leg make the herringbone suit pants fun and trendy. I've read the mixed reviews about the sizing and would bet that either (1) the designer took last year's feedback (stating that the pants were too big) a little too far or (2) the quality control was better should be to ensure that each item is properly labeled. Anyway, these size 10 pants were way too small for my 9 year old twins who are 57 inches tall and 77 pounds. I'm including a photo of H&H pants layered over another pair of pants they own to show that a size 10 H&H pair of pants is about 2 inches skinnier and shorter than the other pants. Interestingly I also bought a size 6 for my youngest son and they seem to fit true to size. Maybe the size 10 I received was mislabeled? Definitely I would like a size 12 to be available because I really like the style and the fabric.

Pros

These chambray trousers with rolled up cuffs are a real classic. They are made from fine organic oxford fabric and dyed with indigo to give it character and texture. With a cool classic style, it can instantly turn a game into a photo shoot. Zipper fly, drawstring cord, adjustable inner waist for a perfect fit and comfort, welt back pockets with tortoise shell buttons, and functional welt pockets on the front.
