You get what you pay for. First I bought and installed over 100 low profile recessed LEDs. Headlights (I work under contract) from many different brands so I was expecting a discount on this product. The junction box is made of very thin metal, the spring clips are flimsy and the connector between the junction box and the light is a soft rubber-plastic threaded connection. To top it off I installed 8 bulbs and 2 of them don't work and I needed all 12 so now I have to buy 2 bulbs (assuming the balance works). So if I get a response from the company that 2 bulbs are not working I will update this review on the quality of their customer service. BIT THE DUST. I REALLY ALLOWED THE SELLER AND ALL THEY DID WAS A QUESTION FROM ME, FIRST THEY ASKED FOR A PHOTO OF THE ATTACHMENT AND A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT BOX, I SENT THIS. WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REPLY I CONTACT ME AGAIN AND THEN THEY WANTED ME TO SEND A VIDEO WHERE I INSTALLED IT AND SHOWED THAT IT DON'T WORK. OKAY I CAN SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING.
