The easy platform to use. I like that it allows you to easily create forms, emails and surveys. Sometimes the site doesn't load correctly which can be very frustrating. Also, sometimes it takes longer than expected to fix an issue. However, the customer service is always great. There are many different templates that make designing your own forms easier. The ability to customize your own forms with all of your content is great. We have been able to streamline our processes and make them more efficient. It has also made it much easier to communicate internally. Our staff loves how easy it makes things. Creating forms has never been so simple! We were able to get started quickly without extensive training or assistance from IT.
