I wanted to use it on my face. They're too coarse, I think maybe they're good for the feet. I feel like it's on the edge of the sandpaper spectrum. I don't have sensitive skin, it's just harsh on my face. Use mild scrubs. Your skin needs it, but not that much; oh 5 years later I'm 20 years older.
