Great shoes for plantar fasciitis relief.
I've been wearing them for almost exactly 2 years now and I don't even have any pain in my heel. Removable insert design is a big advantage; I replaced the Drew insert with a high quality retail insert made specifically for plantar fasciitis for more secure support. I travel a lot and ended up buying 2 pairs of black and 2 pairs of Fairfields "Brandy" and would highly recommend them. I also just bought the Drew running shoes and they fit just like me, highly recommend too.

Cons
- Leather material may require additional maintenance and care to keep it looking its best, increasing ongoing running costs.
