The ability of being able to send out emails through this software as well as having all my documents in one place was great! There are so many different ways you can go about using it which makes things very confusing at first but once you get your head around how everything works then its really easy to use!! Some features would be nice like adding more templates or even just changing some colours (it looks quite dull). I used to work with our Compliance Manager who had her own desktop version that she could upload files into each day - something we couldn't do here. We were also working from home meaning there wasn't much face time between us at times when sending off applications etc., however liaising by email worked perfectly allowing me to check progress every hour without needing to visit their office too often and they didn't need to come over either.
