Review on Clad LD300442 Anodized Cookware 8 Piece by Julie Watkins

I bought my first All Clad Ltd skillet. I am happy with these pans. The well-written information leaflet that accompanies each cookware advises against washing Ltd cookware in the dishwasher as anodised aluminum cannot withstand harsh environments and detergents. However, they are incredibly easy to clean with a green Scothbrite sponge and a good degreasing dishwashing liquid. As for the stainless steel interior, Bar Keeper's Friend will keep the pans like new. I will confess to replacing my 8" and 10" nonstick pans over the years because the coating just won't hold. . .. but the last time they needed replacing I called the company and they bought me new replacement parts. After years of replacing cheaper pans every year, they have proven to be very valuable because they look just as good today as they did the day I bought them. Heats evenly, keeps you warm, from stove to oven. . .the best pots I have ever used.
