Update from 04/07/2021: I have now THREE headphones broken at the swivel, completely cut off under normal conditions of use (when I put them on my head ). I'm incredibly frustrated with this poor design. GENERALLY unreliable mechanical design - my first pair broke and my replacement kit did the same a few months later. When removing the headphones from the head, the hinge on the ear pad broke completely. As a result, the ear pads unfortunately do not fit my head and are therefore completely unusable. The process of getting a replacement for the first time was a huge pain - going back and forth daily for nearly two weeks just to have one delivered. If I find someone making an alternative product I will go there.
