Wilton Nonstick Muffin & Cupcake Bakeware replaces the old teflon coated aluminum pan I've used for decades. The first thing that struck me was Wilton's weight. This is a solid, serious dish that weighs at least twice the weight of my warped old cupcake pan. It just FEEL with it. Next comes a durable, super-smooth finish. You will experience this surface for the first time by peeling off the advertising sticker. You usually have to use a knife or dynamite to remove these stickers, but they peeled off instantly without tearing. While you could probably skip the buttering or spritzing with a Winton muffin tin during cooking, I still give it a quick Pam Mist. The cupcakes just fall out. Wonderful! I also noticed that the cupcake liners are deeper to hold more batter than my old cupcake liners. For the price, I give the Wilton Premium non-stick muffin pan five fat stars.
