I like that it's easy to use! It makes keeping track of campsite bookings really convenient - you can email or text them directly from within my profile page which has all their contact details already filled in for me automatically if they're not included (elevation info etc). You also get an instant photo preview via SMS when creating new reservations so everything goes straight into place visually without having any confusion about who booked what where at different times/dates; there are options available as far down-the road such as cancellations should something come along unexpectedly but this isn't very often used by our users anyway since we've been able find someone online willing / prepared enough.
