Great software- keeps everything in one place

The system was easy to use, it's so user friendly! There are tons of features that allow you to create custom reports and keep track of all your events at once. They have never been short with an answer or help. Sometimes it can be hard to get them if you need immediate assistance but they always respond quickly when I do reach out. We've had some issues during our first year using Tentaroo however nothing major. Keep us posted about any errors, bugs, etc., we would love to hear from you! We're

  • Very helpful staff/customer service reps who will go above & beyond their duty.
  • Calendaring capabilities (especially good since this is how i remember everything)

  • Not much really just wish there were better support times available

Excellent customer service and great communication

I like how easy it was set up, they were very helpful in getting everything setup correctly! There are so many options that you can't be too specific about what your wants/needs will look like until after we've started using them - this made our first experience with tentaro much more enjoyable than if there had been any mistakes or bad surprises along the way (which happened at another camp). Great Event Management System for Co-Workers

I like that the software can be used in so many different ways, it's very easy to customize your own page layouts as well as add new pages or sections! One thing we didn't realize until after had been using was how much time our customer service team spends updating information into the system each week (it took us about 5 minutes per update). Great for keeping track of client accountabilities and transactions

I love that it's so easy! You can do everything in one place, from bookings/registrations through billing & invoicing right up until after you've collected your money or received payment - all done automatically by our system which makes managing things much easier as well!! The support team are always very helpful if there happens something wrong with any part (or even just general) functionality within Tarentooe but sometimes they don't answer emails quickly enough meaning problems get…
