I like that the software can be used in so many different ways, it's very easy to customize your own page layouts as well as add new pages or sections! One thing we didn't realize until after had been using was how much time our customer service team spends updating information into the system each week (it took us about 5 minutes per update).

So far everything has worked great - there really isn't anything negative at this point. We are still exploring all the features but one feature that seems pretty cool would be an option where you could upload photos from Facebook/Instagram directly onto events within the program itself instead of having them go through another platform first before uploading here.
