3M Cloth Tape 9448A is NOT a good conductor of heat. As for the radiators, that's fine. Just a piece of metal to regulate heat; bright. The tape on the back is intended to give the layperson reassurance that it will stick and dissipate heat, but the tape on the back is actually an obstruction which, if left on, will degrade the conductivity of the heatsink. Why put tape on the back when it's not designed to dissipate heat? 3M 9448A - double-sided tape; no more, and it acts as a thermal insulator rather than a conductor, making this heatsink less effective, if not downright useless. Don't trust the tape. take it off Clean it completely and attach a high quality specially made thermally conductive tape or paste. Pasta is better. I'm more than a little disappointed to have to clean up a seller's failed attempt at looking cheap to compete where the photos show the radiators clean with no tape. Like I said, it's easy. It's a piece of metal that dissipates heat. In that respect everything is fine.
