Lots of problems with this product from the start. First, he's a little thin. mouse mount. You will never use it. Adjustment levers are very difficult to adjust and the "manual" mode is absolutely useless. As if the blue dials on the side didn't match the numbers given in the instructions at all. There is also no rubber side so the product will continue to slide during use. Luckily my desk is against the wall, otherwise it would fall off the table! Definitely do not buy this product. I threw mine in the trash after months of using it to get it working.
