I like how easy it was with my business partner who had no experience in this field before we started using the software. We were able to have our account set up within 24 hours of signing up! All you need to do is enter your information (including phone number), choose what type of license you want - Basic or Enterprise, then click continue at the bottom right hand corner. You can also add more users if needed. There are some errors when trying to upload multiple items into one location which takes extra time but eventually they will fix those as well. Make sure all parties involved know about each others' availability so there aren't any surprises during peak times. If everyone knows their schedule ahead of time, everything runs smoothly without issues. We're solving problems related to being flexible with employees schedules by having access to an online tool where we don't always have to rely solely on emailing someone back & forth to find out next days workable dates/times.
