This bag was a VIP bag in my attempt to get to Denmark during the global pandemic. I came to Denmark to pick up a puppy from a breeder after months of communication. Unfortunately, the Danish border guards refused me entry. However, I arranged an exchange with them so I can still get the puppy I came for and not go inside. This pet bag fits perfectly in my suitcase. Although I wasn't allowed to leave my suitcase in the terminal where I was to spend 28 hours of my life, the Danish police kindly escorted me to my suitcase to collect my bag. She took shape again as if she had never been flattened. As soon as the puppy arrived at the airport, the police took me to pick him up. I was over the moon, but not as happy as I was when I decided to purchase this pet bag to carry my 20 pound hippo pup through the airport and onto my international flight back to the US and also through customs. Hell, US Customs didn't even notice I had a puppy. I could return the lynx and they wouldn't care if I wasn't in China. As I went through security again for my domestic flight, I opened my bag to retrieve the puppy and he threw up. Great time! I ripped out the hospital blanket I was going to put there for him and kindly asked the security guard to throw it in the trash can. I got on my next domestic flight which was pretty damn cool and this bag fits perfectly under the seat and my pup didn't get too hot or tight. The only thing I would like is for the shoulder pads to be permanently attached to the nylon straps. Since they didn't, they tended to curl up. Finally, I wish this bag had more pockets, but I realize that would drastically limit ventilation, which was a requirement. All in all, a great choice for a pet carrier!
