These pods let you be a "pod" barista and use your Nespresso original-line machine. I have a very old Pixie and the pods fit extremely well. Easy to clean, easy to load.HOWEVER - if you do decide to use these pods, know what you are getting yourself into! As other reviewers have noted, these pods are smaller than a typical Nespresso pod. Because of that, you want to use a slightly darker roast than you might normally drink and also use as a fine grind as possible.My technique is to use the included scoop and just fill right below the edge of the pod. I then compress the lid onto the pod (without using the tamp). This technique results in good water flow and crema.
