The backlight went out after less than two months of use.
I contacted the seller and informed the company that it broke less than two months after using it. The representative asked me not to post the review and let the company fix the mirror. I agreed because I thought it was good customer service. I waited very patiently for a package consisting of a replacement mirror (no mounting plate, just a mirror) and a new power supply (the Chinese call it a driver). It took me about a month to receive it since it was shipped from China. I received it and my husband, an electrical engineer, installed it. It still does not work! Now I want my money back! Revane, please help me!
