So Mini and Micro HDMI are different things.
I gave a 5 star rating because technically it was my fault and the product looks like it will hold up well. However, what I really wanted was a MICRO HDMI, not the one with the MINI name. I should have researched more. I hope this helps someone. I bought this for my Lenovo Yoga Book with MICRO HDMI so obviously it didn't work.
