I like that they are able to get me into an account with one of their many competitors without my consent or knowledge. In addition it is easy for them to cancel contracts after you have signed up so be aware! They also do not give you enough time before cancelling your contract which can cost you money if all fees/charges are still being billed at end of term. Also when we were working together as part of a project there was no communication between us until days later about what had been agreed upon - this meant wasted work hours trying to figure out why things weren't happening etc.
